dc.description.abstractThe Group of Speech Processes of the University of the Andes (GPVULA) has the objective to promote the development of the Technologies of Speech, particularly in reference to Venezuela. In general lines it is interested in the investigation and development of the communication between man and machine, including aspects of analysis, synthesis and automated voice recognition. The group, of an engineering manner, has a stretched connection with Group of Investigation in Phonetic Sciences of the Humanities Faculty.es_VE

dc.description.abstract1El Grupo de Procesamiento de Voz de la Universidad de Los Andes (GPVULA) tiene como objetivo promover el desarrollo de las Tecnologías del Habla, en particular con referencia a Venezuela. En líneas generales se interesa por la investigación y desarrollo de la comunicación hombre-máquina, incluyendo aspectos de análisis, síntesis y reconocimiento automático de voz. El grupo, de carácter ingenieril, tiene una estrecha vinculación con el Grupo de Investigación en Ciencias Fonéticas de la Facultad de Humanidades.es_VE
