dc.description.abstractSe caracteriza el personal ocupado en Mipymes industriales con mano de obra intensiva, específicamente para el sector confecciones en Colombia. El caso analiza el grupo industrial 1410 -confección de prendas de vestir, excepto prendas de pieles- enfocándose en las áreas metropolitanas representativas según la Encuesta Anual Manufacturera, 2014. Este grupo industrial tiene los más altos porcentajes de personal ocupado (9,6%) y participación en el total de establecimientos (10,5%) de la muestra. El sector tiene más de 100 años de historia y es reconocido como gran empleador. Las Mipymes enfrentan el reto de gestionar el personal como fuente de ventaja competitiva. Se encuentran diferencias salariales entre los tipos de contratos y el área metropolitana. Medellín se destaca por niveles superiores de costos y gastos laborales. Se caracteriza el personal al identificar proporciones de participación por género, área metropolitana, tipo de contrato y de cargo en el personal ocupado del sector.es_VE

dc.description.abstract1The employed personnel in industrial SMEs with labour-intensive, specifically for the sector is characterized clothing in Colombia. The case analyzes the industrial group 1410 - confection of cloths, except leather articles- focusing in the Metropolitan representative Areas according to the Manufacturing Annual Survey, 2014. This industrial group has the highest percentages of occupied staff (9.6%) and participation in the total number of establishments (10.5%) sample. The sector has more than 100 years of history and is recognized as a great employer. SMEs face the challenge of managing staff as a source of competitive advantage. Wage differences between types of contracts and MA are. Medellin is known for higher levels of costs and labor expenses. The staff is characterized by identifying proportions of participation by gender, AM, type of contract and Manager in the personnel employed in the sector.es_VE
