dc.description.abstractLa obra cinematográfica destinada a ser exhibida en salas cinematográficas, debe estar certificada como «nacional» para el efectivo ejercicio de los derechos que, sobre el fomento a la cinematografía, establece la Ley de Cinematografía Nacional cuando estas tienen carácter no publicitario o propagandístico, sin embargo, la interpretación estricta de las estipulaciones de esta Ley especial podría limitar el ejercicio del derecho patrimonial de autor conforme a los términos de la Ley sobre Derecho de Autor.es_VE
