| dc.description.abstract | En las líneas que siguen se quiere mostrar que la pobreza está íntimamente unida a la irresponsabilidad materno-paterna, en el número de hijos que irresponsablemente se tienen fuera y aun dentro del matrimonio, siendo el primer derecho de un niño, derecho que no aparece en los "Derechos de los niños", el ser concebido humanamente y no como fruto del azar. Sólo atacando la pobreza en su raíz, la familia, se podr combatirla. No se dice nada nuevo porque ya Simón Rodríguez deja constancia de ello en sus obras. | es_VE |
