Resumen en otro Idioma | The present work has as objective to evaluate the technological operation of 10 properties small double purpose milk-meat of the municipality Torres Lara. Being applied the methodology Quick Diagnosis, Productive Profiles and Functionality of Technological Patterns in Systems of Production with Bovine; being contemplated: the rationality of the producer, quality of the flock, nutritious resources, upbringing of calves, cows in production, animal health, organization of the I milk and quality of the products. The studied variables were: liters / it vacates / day; liters / there is. of grass / year; interval among childbirths; waste percentage in calves; percentage of females in the flock; animal units / there is of grass; liters / milker / hour; herdsmen’s size and grass cow /ha; analyzed by Technical Factorial Multivariadas of Multiple Correspondence (AFCM) and Hierarchical Upward Classification (ACAJ). The AFCM indicated in the three factorial axes 80,44% the technological variability. The ACAJ generates three technological groups: straggler, very low technological level and technological level under. The most outstanding technical indexes were: 0.38 ± 0.13 and 1.59 ± 0.31 UA/ha of grass, 12.6 ± 6.3 and 18.7 ± 10.6 L / Milker / Hour, 256.5 ± 212.0 and 1016 ± 354.8 Liters / there is of grass, 8.2 ± 2.2 and the herdsmen’s 1.7 ± 0.53 size, 0.21 ± 0.08 and 0.88 ± 0.1 cows / there is. of grass for the left behind group and technological level under respectively. The properties showed a faulty technological organization. Being evidenced that properties structurally equals showed functional variability; the detailed knowledge favors to the plans for its continuous improvement. |
