Resumen en otro Idioma | The present article derives from an investigation funded by the Council for Scientific, Humanistic and Technological Development of the Universidad de los Andes where Prejudgment Interpretations, issued between 1987 and 2004 from Andean’s Community Court of Justice regarding Intellectual Property, were reviewed in order to create tools for organizing jurisprudence and to allow national agents direct access to Andean norm interpretation. The analysis attempts to add new elements to the discussion on strengths and weaknesses as derived from ACC jurisprudence, with the intention of proposing some questions on the excessive reiteration in Prejudgment Interpretations of the Andean Tribunal in some problem areas related to Distinctive Signs. |
