Resumen en otro Idioma | The writing in Egypt always has been, as in all cultures of the antiquity, an select and restricted area to a minority group but, in addition, in the case of Egypt the writing turns out foremost to be linked to the royal and sacred domain, being secondary its quality as a transmitter of the literature or even as a mere administrative tool of the power. The use of writing for “broader” sectors inside this restricted learned elite, goes hand to hand with the fluctuations of the “centralized” power of the King, being in the funerary sphere at large and, particularly in the so called “Funeral Literature”, where we observe better the development of these changes in the ideology of the power. |
