Resumen en otro Idioma | The essential oils from the leaves of Ruilopezia lindenii (Schultz-Bip. Ex Wedd.) Cuatrec was obtained by hydrodistillation and its composition was determined by GC and GC/MS. The most abundant components were for RL-A (2870 m) : trans-caryophyllene (30.9 %), caryophyllene oxide (12.3 %), spathulenol (11.7 %) a-pinene (5.0 %) y AR-curcumene (4.3 %) and RL-B (3048 m): trans-caryophyllene (18.7%), caryophyllene oxide (8.9 %), spathulenol (13.5 %), silphiperfol-6-eno (11.2 %), a-pinene (4.5 %) y AR-curcumene (6.4 %). It is reported for the fi rst time in the genus Ruilopezia the presence of silfi perfol derivatives in R-LB. The differences between the constituents of both oils are attributed to the effect of altitude and climatic conditions where plants are grown. |
