Abstract
En el presente trabajo académico los autores describen los factores que llevaron al Tribunal de Justicia de la Comunidad Andina a adoptar el criterio jurídico interpretativo del acto aclarado, así como las fuentes que lo inspiraron en dicha empresa. Se ofrece un análisis exhaustivo de la naturaleza de esta figura y su aplicación en la Comunidad Andina, así como una evaluación de las medidas empleadas para su divulgación y los resultados de esta innovación jurisprudencial
