| dc.description.abstract | El periodo comprendido entre 1928-1948 constituye un hito en la formación de los partidos políticos en Venezuela. Por medio de un análisis bibliográfico y descriptivo de la revista venezolana SIC, en este artículo se pretende destacar los hechos históricos que coadyuvaron a perfilar los partidos políticos en este país y su similitud en el presente escenario político nacional. Se observa a lo largo del análisis, hechos sociales, políticos y culturales que constituyen un factor común en la historia política venezolana, su ideología y en especial de los partidos políticos. | es_VE |
