dc.description.abstractDesde nuevas perspectivas y con documentación hasta ahora poco considerada, se pretende evaluar al fraude electoral del 30 de noviembre de 1952 y la incidencia que el mismo tuvo en el proyecto militar de gobierno de Marcos Pérez Jiménez. El autor, con metodología de historiador y politólogo, realiza un profundo examen de los personajes y de los hechos más relevantes relacionados con el proceso electoral, para concluir que en realidad el fraude electoral fue doble tanto de parte del gobierno como de sus opositores, y que el mismo contribuyó de manera significativa a configurar el sistema político del perezjimenismo que más que un proyecto preconcebido es producto también de determinadas circunstancias, bien aprovechadas por el dictador.es_VE

dc.description.abstract1From new perspectives and with documentation up to now little considered, is sought to evaluate the electoral fraud of November 30th of 1952, and the incidence that the same one had in the military project of government of Marcos Pérez Jiménez. The author, with politologist and historian’s methodology, carries out a deep exam of the characters and of the more excellent facts related with the electoral process, to conclude that in fact the electoral fraud was double as much on behalf of the government as of its opponents, and that the same one contributed from a significant way to configure the political system of the perezjimenism, that more than a preconceived project, is also product of certain circumstances, advantageous to the dictator.es_VE
