dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación está relacionada con las decisiones publicadas por el Registro de la Propiedad Industrial en materia de patentes de invención, después del retiro de Venezuela de la Comunidad Andina. En este trabajo se refleja cómo la Oficina de Patentes se ha enfocado en la aplicación de la Ley de Propiedad Industrial de 1955, al margen de las nuevas realidades que se derivan del Convenio de París para la Protección de la Propiedad Industrial y el Acuerdo de los Asuntos sobre Propiedad Intelectual Relacionados con el Comercio (ADPIC), de la Organización Mundial del Comercio (OMC).es_VE

dc.description.abstract1The following research is related with the official decisions published by the Patent and Trademark Office from Venezuela regarding patents of inventions, after the withdrawal of the Country from the Andean Community. This work analyzes how the Patent authorities have been applying the Industrial Property Law of 1955, despite the existence of other rules derived from the Paris Convention and the TRIPS convention.es_VE
