| dc.description.abstract | En este artículo de corte documental con base al análisis de
materiales y autores que tratan tan importante tema, se hace una
aproximación, a modo de reflexión sobre los problemas ambientales,
específicamente sobre la capa de ozono, el efecto de invernadero y
las alteraciones graves que pueden afectar las condiciones de vida
del planeta y poner en peligro la tierra. De allí que, cada vez la
gente sea más consciente de que la actividad humana es una
amenaza creciente para los sistemas naturales que hacen posible
la vida en este planeta, por cuanto la humanidad tiene el poder de
alterar la naturaleza en sus fundamentos y quizás de forma
irreversible. Para comprender los temas medioambientales es
fundamental reconocer la complejidad de los problemas a los que
se enfrenta el ser humano y las relaciones entre ciertas necesidades
de la sociedad y el medio ambiente, como es el calentamiento global,
que se ha convertido en el tema principal de las relaciones internacionales. Controlar las emisiones de dióxido de carbono, el
principal gas de efecto invernadero, es una tarea urgente de
concienciación en pro de la resolución de efectos alarmantes como
la lluvia ácida, el deterioro de la capa de ozono y el smog
proveniente de fuentes industriales y móviles. | es_VE |

| dc.description.abstract1 | In this article of documental type based on the analysis of
materials and authors that study this important topic, an approach
is made by a means of reflection on the environmental problems,
specifically on the layer of ozone, the greenhouse effect and the
serious alterations that can affect the conditions of life of the planet
and to put in danger the earth. Thus we have that, every people
become aware that human activity is a growing threat for the natural
systems that make possible life in this planet. Since the humanity
has the power of altering the nature in is foundations and probably
in an irreversible way. To understand the environmental topics it is
fundamental to recognize the complexity of problems that human
being faces and the relationships between certain necessities of the
society and the environment, for instance the global heating that
has transformed into the main topic of the international relationships.
To control the emissions of dioxide of carbon, the main gas of
greenhouse effect is an urgent task to develop understand in pro of
the resolution of alarming effects as the sour rain, the deterioration
