cotizar empresas europeas y latinoamericanas).
| es_VE |

dc.description.abstract1 | The purpose of this research is to analyze the possibilities of funding through the Capital
Markets and feasibility of developing the Alternative Stock Market (MAB ) as a source of
financing for SMEs in the Libertador Municipality of Mérida and contribute to the democratization
of the Market Capital in Venezuela . We use two methods : exploring the literature and
field survey . The MAB emerged in Spain in June 2008 for growing businesses or consolidating
with a minimum capital of two million euros ( may trade European and Latin American
) . Given the experience of the Second Market failure in Spain , MAB is a relevant alternative
and attractive , even for SMEs of Libertador Municipality of Mérida . SMEs in this county,
to issue bonds rather than shares. Also medium-sized enterprises (which are a minority ) are
best placed to participate in this market as small lack the necessary administrative and accounting
structure . It is recommended not to make public the financial information given the
aversion shown by the SMEs to provide it. The intention is to lean toward greater receptivity
MAB by SMEs of Libertador | es_VE |
