Resumen en otro Idioma | The propose of this paper is to make a contribution to the analysis of business diagnosis of firms, specifically in the treatment of causes as an element of businesses diagnosis based on the approach of the fuzzy diagnosis theory, developed by Vigier and Terceño (2008) and the Balanced Score Card model conceived by Kaplan and Norton (1992). This integration provides an analytical and conceptual framework that facilitates the work of the expert on the identification and valuation of the group of problems that generate causes in firms. This is possible by using the tools of fuzzy logic: working with multiple qualitative variables and modelling the expert’s knowledge, that overcomes many of the traditional models’ restrictions regarding the treatment of subjectivity and uncertainty. |
