dc.description.abstractLa incorporación de la tecnología en el quehacer dia- rio del ser humano, está generando trasformaciones en el ámbito familiar, social, cultural y educativo, sin dejar de lado las relaciones sociales. Este estudio describe, analiza y reflexiona las características de las relaciones sociales producto del uso de la tecnolo- gía en los procesos educativos virtuales. Se emplea la etnografía virtual como herramienta metodológica para interpretar y analizar las expresiones que sociali- zaron los sujetos del estudio, donde la interactividad y la interacción del conocimiento; la empatía y la reciprocidad; los espacios de socialización totalmen- te virtuales; el nuevo conocimiento mediado por el uso del Internet y la condición del anonimato, son los elementos característicos de las nuevas relaciones sociales.es_VE

dc.description.abstract1The incorporation of technology in the daily work of the human being, is generating transformations in the family, social, cultural and educational, with- out neglecting social relations. This study describes, analyzes and reflects the characteristics of social rela- tions resulting from the use of technology in virtual educational processes. Virtual ethnography is used as a methodological tool to interpret and analyze the expressions that socialized the subjects of the study, where interactivity and knowledge interaction; em- pathy and reciprocity; the spaces of socialization totally virtual; the new knowledge mediated by the use of the Internet and the condition of anonymity, are the characteristic elements of the new social re- lations.es_VE
