dc.description.abstractEl presente ensayo reflexivo tiene como objetivo integrar los conceptos lenguaje,comunicación, cultura e identidad como posibles características distintivas de los Buenos Directores de Educación Media General. Es importante resaltar, que el ensayo reflexivo se construirá mediante un análisis documental a revistas indexadas y la lectura exhaustiva de distintos libros y literatura vinculada a la administración educativa y la gerencia.Es necesario acotar que no solo es la inmensa postura teórica encontrada del tema, se suman además, las primeras observaciones y percepciones del trabajo de campo emanada del Proyecto de Investigación.es_VE
