dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación tuvo por objetivo analizar desde una perspectiva territorial, la asociación espacial de la mortalidad por enfermedades isquémicas del corazón y los determinantes socio-espaciales de la salud en el estado de Guerrero para el año 2010. Identificar, cuantificar y analizar la dimensión espacial de la relación de determinantes sociales y físico-geográficos con la mortalidad por enfermedades isquémicas del corazón, permite conocer aquellas unidades espaciales con mayor y menor vulnerabilidad. Para establecer las asociaciones se aplicó el índice I de Moran y el indicador local de asociaciones espaciales. Se detectó que la mortalidad presenta una asociación espacial alta en municipios con mayor grado de hacinamiento entre su población, así como también las defunciones aumentan en los meses con la menor temperatura mínima. Estas asociaciones espaciales dan pauta para implementar medidas de prevención que coadyuven a la disminución de esta mortalidad.es_VE

dc.description.abstract1This research aims to analyze from a territorial perspective, the spatial association of mortality for ischemic diseases of the heart and the socio-spatial determinants of health in the State of Guerrero for the year 2010. Insomuch as, identifying, quantifying and analyzing the spatial dimension of the relationship of physical-geographic and social determinants with mortality by ischemic heart disease, allow to know those spatial units with major and minor vulnerability. To establish the associations index Moran’s I and the Local Indicators of Spatial Association were applied. It was detected that mortality presents a high spatial association in municipalities with a greater degree of overcrowding among its population, as well as deaths increase in the months with the lowest minimum temperature. These spatial associations give guideline to implement prevention measures that will contribute to the reduction of this mortality.es_VE
