dc.description.abstractEl presente artículo describe la forma en que los contratos inteligentes se configuran como la nueva tecnología del área jurídica y están amparados por la propiedad intelectual, a través de ellos se puede establecer negociación entre las partes asegurando el cumplimiento de lo acordado de manera automática y sin necesidad de terceros, permitiendo que el contrato que ha sido creado sea protegido por la cadena de bloques de una plataforma, ya que se realiza por un medio distinto al ordinario, con lenguaje de códigos, evitando que el contenido sea manipulado o reformado. Al ser un programa informático el derecho de autor le brinda protección a la obra, al igual que la propiedad industrial ofrece la oportunidad de patentar esta tecnología. Su aplicabilidad en el derecho es vital para la nueva era jurídica.es_VE

dc.description.abstract1The present document describe how the smart contracts are a new technology in the field of law, and they are sheltered by Intellectual property; through these documents establish negotiation between parties ensuring the automatic implementation of the stipulated without involving third parties, allowing that the contract is done to be protected by the blockchain in a platform, since it is made by a different way to ordinary manner, with a language of codes, avoiding that the content to be manipulated or reformed. By being software, the copyright provides protection to the work, likewise, the industrial property provides the opportunity to register. Its applicability in the law is central in the new legal reality.es_VE
