dc.description.abstractEn la investigación realizada se planteó la medición y análisis del Síndrome de desgaste profesional o Burnout y de sus dimensiones en la Estación Central del Cuerpo de Bomberos Mérida, a un grupo de funcionarios bomberiles que laboran en el área administrativa y en el área de operaciones. Se desarrolló una investigación descriptiva con diseño de campo. Se aplicó el instrumento SDP, diseñado por el Centro de Investigaciones Psicológicas de la Universidad de Los Andes. Una vez obtenido los indicadores del síndrome, se relacionó con características psicograficas de la población estudiada. Se evidencia la presencia de un nivel medio del síndrome de Burnout en la población estudiada.es_VE

dc.description.abstract1The investigation carried out was the measurement and analysis of the Syndrome of burnout or professional burnout and its dimensions in the Central Station of the Fire Brigade Mérida, a group of firefighting officers who work in the administrative area and in operations. A descriptive research with field design was developed. The SDP instrument, designed by the Center for Psychological Research of the University of Los Andes, was applied. Once the indicators of the syndrome were obtained, it was related to the psychographic characteristics of the studied population. It is evidenced the presence of a mean level of the syndrome in the studied population.es_VE
