| dc.description.abstract | El presente artículo analiza las distinciones que surgen entre la propiedad y posesión
civil con relación a la propiedad y posesión agraria, conforme los principios de la
Constitución de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela en concordancia con lo
establecido en la Ley de Tierras y Desarrollo Agrario del 2010, a los fines de
profundizar con base a los análisis legales, doctrinaros y jurisprudenciales desde el
recorrido histórico de la legislación agraria de Venezuela, con el objetivo de
comprender los aspectos que actualmente en la legislación venezolana garantizan los
beneficios de la producción del desarrollo agrario del país, siendo la materia agraria
de carácter social con requisitos propios, logrando el alcance de los derechos
colectivos en beneficio de las generaciones presentes y futuras. | es_VE |

in relation to agrarian property and possession, in accordance with the principles of
the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela according to the provisions of
the Land and Agrarian Development Law of 2010 in order to deepen based on the legal,
doctrinal and jurisprudential analyses from the historical route of the agrarian
legislation of Venezuela, with the aim of understanding the aspects that currently in
the Venezuelan legislation guarantee the benefits of the production of the agrarian
development of the country being the agrarian matter of social character with its own
requirements, achieving the scope of collective rights for the benefit of present and
