dc.description.abstractLa construcción de la Patria Grande es una proeza de la cual fueron protagonistas diversos pueblos originarios de Suramérica y el Caribe. Desde los tiempos más remotos, los antiguos pueblos de recolectores-cazadores ocuparon todo el continente americano y abrieron los caminos para que las posteriores formaciones sociales de agricultores así como de domesticadores del ganado autóctono del área andina, comenzasen a humanizar las regiones que constituían su hábitat originario. La diversidad de geo-regiones determinó el surgimiento de diversos modos de vida dentro de territorios definidos, así como la formación de variados lenguajes, los cuales habrían de culminar, milenios más tarde, con la formación de nacionalidades originarias que fueron el fundamento histórico de los actuales Estados Nacionales.es_VE

dc.description.abstract1The construction of the Great Homeland is a feat in which various indigenous peo-ples of South America and the Caribbean were protagonists. Since the most remote times, the ancient peoples of gatherer-hunters occupied all areas of the American continent and opened the way for the later social formations of farmers as well as domesticators of the native cattle of the Andean area, to begin to humanize the regions that constituted their original habitat. The diversity of geo-regions determined the emergence of various ways of life within defined territories, as well as the formation of various languages, which would culminate, millennia later, with the formation of original nationalities that were the historical foundation of the current nation states.es_VE
