Résumé
El desarrollo de las ciudades está limitado por el espacio físico y la capacidad de su
infraestructura. La ciudad de Mérida con una infraestructura de más de medio siglo y gran
crecimiento poblacional, su infraestructura se encuentra al límite, y amerita renovarla
completamente o limitar el crecimiento de la ciudad, de allí que esta investigación se centra en
introducir al estudio de la ciudad la teoría del metabolismo urbano, permitiendo cuantificar los
consumos y desperdicios que producen los habitantes de la ciudad de Mérida, automatizando su
cuantificación, haciendo énfasis en los sistemas de drenajes urbanos, con la finalidad de
desarrollar una metodología aplicable a cualquier ciudad e infraestructura lo que permitirá
generar lineamientos que optimicen los actuales sistemas de drenaje urbano,introduciendo teorías
de sostenibilidad lo que a largo plazo mejorara la calidad del suelo de la ciudad de Mérida
específicamente del Área de Valor Tradicional (AVT-1), garantizando aumentar la vida útil de la
actual infraestructura de la ciudad.

The city of Mérida with an infrastructure of more than half a century and great population growth, its infrastructure is at the limit, and it deserves to completely renew it or limit the growth of the city, hence this research focuses on introducing the study of the city the theory of urban metabolism, allowing to quantify the consumption and waste produced by the inhabitants of the city of Mérida, automating its quantification, emphasizing urban drainage systems, in order to develop a methodology applicable to any city and infrastructure which It will allow generating guidelines that optimize current urban drainage systems, introducing sustainability theories, which in the long term will improve the quality of the soil of the city of Mérida specifically in the Traditional Value Area (AVT-1), guaranteeing to increase the useful life of the current infrastructure of the city. |
