| dc.description.abstract | En el presente artículo se caracteriza la evolución del capital humano y su aprovechamiento mediante la ocupación o el empleo formal en Venezuela, para el lapso 2002-2021. A través de una investigación documental y descriptiva bajo la modalidad de proyecto factible, se calculan y combinan indicadores de la escolaridad y la experiencia laboral promedio de la fuerza de trabajo para obtener un índice de capital humano, que luego se contrasta con el grado de empleo formal de dicho capital. Los resultados indican un crecimiento progresivo del índice de capital humano junto con una irregular evolución del grado de empleo, vinculado al desempeño de la economía nacional. | es_VE |

| dc.description.abstract1 | This article characterizes the evolution of human capital and its use through occupation or formal employment in Venezuela, for the period 2002-2021. Through documentary and descriptive research under the feasible project modality, indicators of schooling and the average work experience of the workforce are calculated and combined to obtain a human capital index, which is then contrasted with the degree of formal employment of said capital. The results indicate a progressive growth of the human capital index together with an irregular evolution of the degree of employment, linked to the performance of the national economy. | es_VE |
