dc.description.abstractSe pretende hacer un análisis sobre la política exterior venezolana en la Primera Guerra Mundial, pues a pesar de mantener una postura neutral la conflagración no le fue indiferente. Revisar este y otros conflictos han tenido relevancia en los últimos años, ya que muchos analistas plantean que se está transitando hacia la conformación de un Nuevo Orden Mundial, por ende, estudiar cómo han sido las transiciones y cuál ha sido la postura de los países latinoamericanos es relevante. El artículo se enfoca en la perspectiva del estudio de la política exterior, basándose en una metodología de investigación de tipo documental.es_VE

Reviewing this and other conflicts has been relevant in recent years, since many analysts argue that we are moving towards the formation of a New World Order, therefore, studying how the transitions have been and what has been the position of Latin American countries is relevant. The article focuses on the perspective of the study of foreign policy, based on a documentary research methodology.es_VE
