Rhizobium resultó mayor tasa absoluta y relativa.

| dc.description.abstract1 | The use of growth-promoting rhizobacteria constitutes a biotechnological alternative to improve the production
of species of forest interest. The response of sweet saman (Pithecellobium dulce (Roxb.) Benth) in seedlings
inoculated with rhizobacteria and its influence on morphological variables, root nodule formation and total biomass
was evaluated. The water-based treatments, distributed in a completely randomized design, with six repetitions,
were six: control without inoculation, Rhizobium, Azotobacter, Phosphorus Solubilizer, Rhizofos and Azotofos.
Four inoculations were carried out on the first month after transplantation, a weekly inoculation. The plants were
evaluated during four months, by means of two complementary analyzes. In the first, the variables height,
diameter and height / diameter ratio were evaluated by repeated measurements, using MIXED (SAS®). With NLIN
and the logistic model, absolute and relative growth rates were evaluated. The effect of the treatments was highly
significant for plant height and slenderness index. For plant diameter there were no significant differences between
treatments, although with Rhizobium the absolute and relative rate was higher. In the second analysis, at the age
of 135 days, total biomass and number of nodules per plant were evaluated by analysis of variance, in addition to
plant quality indices (Dickson and dry biomass ratio). An abundant amount of nodules (NN) per plant was
observed, without differences between treatments. For total dry biomass (BST), significant differences were
observed between treatments, with phosphorus solubilizer with higher total dry biomass. The quality indices were
without significant differences between treatments. | es_VE |
