dc.description.abstractLa migración es un fenómeno clave en la realidad mexicana, con México como país de origen, tránsito y destino. En la última década, se ha incrementado la migración de niños, niñas y adolescentes (NNA) no acompañados, especialmente desde 2014. Este artículo analiza las condiciones de vida de los NNA en albergues de Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas, abordando los riesgos que enfrentan y las respuestas institucionales, principalmente del DIF. Se destaca la importancia de garantizar el interés superior del niño y la no discriminación en el ámbito migratorio.es_VE

dc.description.abstract1Migration is a key phenomenon in the Mexican reality, with Mexico serving as a country of origin, transit, and destination. In the past decade, the migration of unaccompanied minors (UAM) has increased, especially since 2014. This article analyzes the living conditions of UAM in shelters in Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas, addressing the risks they face and the institutional responses, primarily from the DIF. It emphasizes the importance of ensuring the best interests of the child and non-discrimination in the migration context.es_VE
