Resumen
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar las experiencias
sociolaborales de mujeres migrantes venezolanas radicadas en Argentina,
desde una perspectiva de género. Se acudió al método hermenéutico-narrativo
y se realizaron entrevistas a profundidad a siete mujeres migrantes venezolanas
radicadas en Argentina a fin de conocer los relatos sobre sus experiencias laborales.
La información fue analizada a través de un proceso de categorización, que permitió
la emergencia de 4 categorías: a.) Rol femenino: la mujer migrante; b.) Desarrollo
e inserción en el ámbito laboral; c.) Percepción y retos de la mujer migrante en
Argentina y d.).

| Resumen en otro Idioma | The objective of this research was to analyze the socio-labor experiences of Venezuelan migrant women living in Argentina, from a gender perspective. To achieve this, the qualitative approach framed in the socio-constructionist paradigm and the hermeneutic-narrative method was used. In-depth interviews were conducted with seven Venezuelan migrant women that live in Argentina, in order to know their stories about their work experiences. The information was analyzed through a categorization process, which allowed the emergence of 4 categories: a.) Female role: the migrant woman; b.) Development and insertion in the workplace; c.)
