El género lírico tiene su espacio natural en esta obra. Cervantes fue, como poeta, un precursor de la lírica española. Su necesidad de canto era, en él, una necesidad interior. Nadie puede negarle ese ritmo esencial, ese don de hablar en verso.es_VE
