dc.description.abstractEl presente artículo, busca mostrar la interacción existente entre docente principiante, programa de inducción y mentor, como aspectos fundamentales de las políticas formativas que se adelantan en el contexto educativo de Republica Dominicana, analizando aspectos que se pueden considerar evaluativos, debido a la carencia de datos oficiales que permitan hablar de un marco evaluativo oficial del programa; tomando elementos reflexivos y datos de investigaciones particulares, que permitan tener un marco referencial general del programa de inducción República Dominicana en favor del sistema educativo nacional.es_VE
