Résumé
Neste artigo, buscamos analisar a cooperação energética entre Venezuela e
Irã sob o contexto de transição hegemônica. Concluímos que, além de diminuir
os impactos das sanções sobre suas respectivas produções petrolíferas,a
cooperação energética entre ambos os países confronta a estratégia energética
dos Estados Unidos e pode impactar a transição hegemônica em nível
sistêmico.

| Resumen en otro Idioma | In this article, we aim to analyze the energy cooperation between Venezuela and Iran under the context of hegemonic transition. We conclude that, besides reducing the impacts of sanctions on their respective oil productions, the cooperation between both countries in the energy field confronts the energy strategy of the United States and may impact the hegemonic transition at a systemic level. |
