dc.description.abstract | La base del crecimiento industrial llegó a su límite en los países centrales, por
ello transfiere sus costos ambientales a los países de reciente industrialización,
situación que conlleva enfrentar el cambio climático y los acuerdos subyacentes
en un frente común. A partir del 2011, Colombia, México, Chile y Perú exploran
lazos en la Alianza del Pacífico (AP) para la construcción de un espacio de
cooperación e integración subregional en materia comercial de -bienes, servicios,
capital- y personas, donde la disyuntiva en materia energética presenta un
nuevo paradigma. El objetivo del presente artículo es analizar como la AP ha
sido un instrumento útil para los países más ricos que para las naciones que
lo integran, debido a la explotación de recursos geoestratégicos y sobre todo
por la transferencia de empresas altamente contaminantes a esta región
latinoamericana.

dc.description.abstract1 | The basis of industrial growth has reached its limit in the central countries,
thus transferring its environmental costs to the newly industrialized countries,
a situation that leads to face climate change and underlying agreements in a
common front. Since 2011, Colombia, Mexico, Chile and Peru have been exploring
ties in the Pacific Alliance for the construction of a subregional cooperation
and integration space in terms of trade - goods, services, capital - and people,
where the disjunctive in terms of energy presents a new paradigm. The objective
of this article is to analyze how the PA has been a useful instrument for the
richer countries than for the nations that make it up due to the exploitation of
geostrategic resources and, above all, due to the transfer of highly polluting
