The loss of a tooth in the anterior region compromises function, esthetics, and the patient’s self-esteem. Single-tooth implants offer advantages over partial prostheses; however, they require adequate bone volume and gingival contour. The use of platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) and sticky bone has been proposed to enhance implant osseointegration. This article aims to describe a three-phase protocol for rehabilitation following tooth loss, including guided bone regeneration, implant placement, and prosthetic rehabilitation, while assessing the clinical usefulness of PRF and sticky bone. A case is presented of a 20-year-old male patient in whom a dental implant was placed to rehabilitate the anterior region, achieving excellent primary stability, sufficient bone maturation, and esthetically pleasing soft tissues. Ultimately, the sequential protocol supported by autologous biomaterials allowed for predictable rehabilitation in an esthetic zone; however, its success depends on appropriate clinical indication and a comprehensive approach that considers the patient’s specific conditions.es_VE
