In an 18 - months - old boy very reddish skin alterations appeared on both upper eyelids accompanied by fever. They are circular, slightly elevated, dark red and extend to the inner eye angles of both eyes and the tarsi. On the left cheek additionally exists another erythematoid focus, but is not circular.
