Blastomycosis

In this case an ulcerated tumor-like lesion is observed on the upper arm; In all cases of the localization of lesions outside the lungs a secondary haematogenous dissemination from these organs took place. Often, then, the skin is involved. Of the other organs frequently the masculine sexual organs are affected. The reticuloendothelial system, at the contrary, is involved more frequently in cases of histoplasmosis.
