Resumen
El tema de estudio del siguiente trabajo de investigación fue el proceso histórico de la Unidad Educativa Colegio Gonzaga ubicado en la ciudad de Maracaibo. Se utilizó la metodología cualitativa para reconstruir el hacer educativo de esta institución en su contexto histórico-social. También se empleó el método histórico y la metódica de la historia oral; por medio de una revisión bibliográfica y documental que a la vez tomó el aporte de los agentes sociales que han convivido en el Gonzaga. Con el desarrollo de este estudio se pretendió realizar una aproximación sobre la actuación del Gonzaga en la sociedad marabina, explicada contextualmente con los procesos regionales y nacionales del país. Asimismo, se procuró que los integrantes de la institución se interesaran por el aprendizaje de la historia del colegio Gonzaga, por tanto se buscó fortalecer la identidad y el sentido de pertenencia de la comunidad educativa y local con el colegio.

| Resumen en otro Idioma | The subject of study of the following research was the historical process of the Gonzaga School located in the city of Maracaibo. Qualitative methodology was used to rebuild the educational make of this institution in its historical-social context; Historical method and methodical of oral history was also used; through a bibliographical and documentary revision that also took the contribution from stakeholders who have lived in the Gonzaga. With the development of this study was intended to make an approach on the performance of the Gonzaga in Maracaibo society, explained contextually with regional and national processes of the country. Also, it was tried that the members of the institution were interested in learning the history of the Gonzaga School, therefore it was tried to strengthen the identity and sense of belonging of educational and local community with the school. |
