Abstract
La presente investigación representa una revisión de las prácticas educativas en la enseñanza de la filosofía durante la Roma del emperador Augusto,
conocida mayormente como el período de la Pax Augusta, etapa caracterizada por un florecimiento y reinterpretación de las prácticas filosóficas inauguradas
en la Grecia clásica y helenística. Tomando en cuenta la minuciosa exégesis realizada por el último Foucault respecto al estudio de la subjetividad en el
mundo grecorromano y su estrecha vinculación con la ética como práctica de vida, tomaremos la figura del maestro filósofo que guía el buen vivir del hombre
libre de la Antigüedad grecolatina, a partir de la realización de ciertas prácticas enseñadas por el maestro filósofo.

| Resumen en otro Idioma | This research represents a review of the educative practices in the teaching of philosophy during the Roman Empire of Augustus, predominantly known as Pax Augusta, period characterized by the flowering and reinterpretation of philosophical practices initiated in the Classical and Hellenistic Greece. Taking into account the meticulous exegesis accomplished in El Último Foucault regarding to the study of subjectivity in the Greco-Roman world and its close connection with ethics as a life practice, we will take the figure of the philosopher teacher who guides the good living of the ancient Greco-Roman’s free man, draw from the realization of certain practices taught by the philosopher teacher. |
