Resumen en otro Idioma | This brief reading, as audacity, refers to the steps of Walter Benjamin during the thirteen years, between 1927 and 1940 (the year of his suicide in Port Bou, in the shadow of the National Socialist persecution) while he accumulated the materials of what that later would be a possible prediction; "There is no document of culture that is not at the same time a document of barbarism", a sentence that would be pointing out the fragile framework of the human condition and its inevitable reflection on the space and power of the cultural institutions of an era. |
